As an Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing retail operations across multiple stores within your assigned area. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams to ensure each store achieves its business targets. Your leadership will be key in aligning store execution with the company’s strategic objectives and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure all stores within your area meet or exceed their sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Monitor sales performance through daily and weekly reviews, conduct regular briefings with Store Leaders, and develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Retail Head.

  • Conduct regular audits, mystery shopping, and store visits to ensure operational standards, customer service quality, and staff performance align with company expectations.

  • Manage inventory efficiency by monitoring stock turnover, optimizing product distribution, and minimizing deadstock.

  • Develop and implement local activation strategies, community events, and digital campaigns to increase store traffic and strengthen brand engagement.

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate Store Leaders and sales teams to improve productivity, customer engagement, and employee retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, HR, and Inventory Control to support operational and promotional activities across all stores.

  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Area or Regional Supervisor in the retail industry, experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is a strong advantage.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stores and teams effectively.

  • Proficiency in Sales Management, Retail Operations, and Inventory Control.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Integrity, customer focus, resilience, and strategic thinking in managing diverse retail environments.
