We are excited to partner with a prominent B2B travel company based in the picturesque town of Ubud, Bali, in search of a dedicated Admin to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the operational efficiency of our client's travel business. You will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of the client’s operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support the client’s travel business team in managing bookings, itineraries, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the travel industry, is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software/tools for documentation and reporting.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handling tasks in a dynamic work environment.
