We are currently assisting them in recruiting a dedicated professional to join their Indonesia team.
As an Accounting & Tax Spv, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s accounting, taxation, and financial operations while building structured processes and systems from the ground up. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and efficient financial workflows, including the development of ERP-based accounting systems.
Oversee and review annual financial statements, including profit & loss reports and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze tax statements and ensure proper tax reporting and compliance with applicable regulations.
Coordinate closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to maintain smooth financial operations.
Manage and supervise the team responsible for stock opname and overall company financial administration.
Actively contribute to the development of an ERP-based accounting and journaling system by providing feedback, input, and best practices.
Build and implement structured financial workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of financial activities and processes.
Support continuous improvement of accounting and finance systems to improve efficiency and data reliability.
Minimum education: D3 / S1 in Accounting.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor.
Experience in product-based companies is preferred, particularly those handling inventory.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is required; experience using 2+ ERP or journaling systems (e.g., ERPNext) is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
