As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling innovative automation and digital solutions to clients. This role requires a deep understanding of operational processes within the F&B industry to effectively communicate product value and tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand the operational flow of F&B businesses to identify client challenges and propose suitable technology solutions.
Present and explain product offerings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and after-sales support.
Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting, client engagement, and negotiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the F&B, technology, or automation sectors.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attractive and professional appearance with a confident interpersonal approach.
Ability to understand business operations and translate client needs into practical solutions.
