We represent our client, an Intellectual Property consulting firm specializing in trademark, patent, copyright, and industrial design registration services. The firm provides strategic IP protection and registration solutions, helping businesses safeguard their innovations and intellectual assets in both domestic and international markets.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing. You will understand clients’ business needs and recommend suitable Intellectual Property (IP) protection services while contributing to the firm’s sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop professional networks and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable IP protection services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and manage the sales process through closing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and foreign associates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate client records and sales reports through CRM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 from a reputable university; Law, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based sales is preferred.
• IP/Intellectual Property experience and exposure to foreign clients are strong advantages.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Odoo or other CRM platforms is a plus.
