As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and client satisfaction. You will act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring that every project aligns with the brand’s goals, vision, and standards. This role requires a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative ideas into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of all client projects, from planning to reporting, ensuring all content is scheduled and prepared in advance.
Coordinate with designers, editors, and other creative team members to ensure all visual and written materials align with the Creative Director’s vision and brand guidelines.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively translating their needs and expectations into clear tasks for the internal team.
Develop compelling pitch decks for collaboration opportunities, present them to potential partners, and document all pitching activities within the project management system.
Prepare detailed action plans and checklists for upcoming client onboarding and campaign activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the pitching and project management processes.
Generate periodic reports and performance summaries for projects and brands, identifying insights and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, effective communication, and achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in fields related to communication, business, or media.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or client servicing, ideally within a creative agency, e-commerce, or technology environment.
Strong understanding of brand image, visual communication, and marketing strategy.
Proficient in tools such as Notion, Canva, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both creative and business teams.
Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
