We represent our client, a child development and behavioral therapy center specializing in evidence-based intervention services for children with special needs through personalized therapy and developmental programs.
As an Academic Administration Staff, you will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth academic services. Your role includes handling customer inquiries, managing schedules, coordinating payment administration, and providing general office support while maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide information about programs and services
- Assist prospective customers with registration forms and enrollment processes
- Prepare and manage class, meeting, and appointment schedules
- Coordinate payment schedules and follow up with the finance team
- Support office operations, including inventory checks and office supply procurement
- Ensure all administrative documents are organized and up to date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management/administration/related field
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
